Order Processing and Shipping

·  Processing: 1–2 working days. Weekend/holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

·  Shipping: 2–3 working days after order processing.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

Two shipping options for Europe:

DDP Shipping All taxes included. Covered countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Greece. Transit: 7–14 working days.

Standard Shipping For other European countries. Delivery: 10–20 working days. Contact us for shipping fees and details.

Shipping Costs

Bulk & wholesale orders enjoy low shipping fees, calculated by order size and country. Extra large orders may ship free. Contact us for details.

Track Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed after shipment. Track parcels on 17track.net. Tracking details take 1–2 working days to display.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

We ship to non-EU countries. Contact us for shipping options, costs and delivery times.

Change or Cancel Order

Edit delivery details or cancel orders before shipment. Changes and cancellations are unavailable after dispatch. Contact us in time for help.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Orders

·  Damaged packages: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

·  Delays: Delays may be caused by customs or carriers. Contact us if you encounter issues.
