Canceling an order and right to a refund
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours. You will receive a full refund if the order is unprocessed and undelivered. Additional rules apply for orders already in preparation or shipped.
Requesting a refund after 24 hours
Orders older than 24 hours are mostly processed or shipped. Refunds are only allowed for special cases:
- Unshipped orders: maximum 50% refund due to incurred expenses.
- Shipped orders: no refund available.
Refund after shipment
No refunds for orders with an active tracking number. Shipments cannot be stopped or returned. Please verify your order before checkout.
Damaged or broken products
We supply quality branded products. For damaged items:
- Report the issue within 7 days.
- Provide photos if requested.
- Receive a replacement or full refund.
Customs and insurance
European shipments are insured. We refund orders held indefinitely by customs. We can assist with customs issues but cannot resolve customs-related delays.
Wrong address information
Enter a valid address when ordering. Returned parcels caused by wrong addresses require extra reshipping charges.
Refunds for wholesale and large orders
Special rules for bulk & wholesale orders:
- No refunds after shipment.
- Quality errors or wrong items: partial refund or exchange upon review.
- All bulk orders are fully checked before dispatch.
